มาตรา 1142

• ถ้าบริษัทได้ออกหุ้นบุริมะสิทธิไปแล้ว ได้กำหนดไว้ว่าบุริมะสิทธิจะมีแก่หุ้นนั้น ๆ เปนอย่างไร ท่านห้ามมิให้แก้ไขอีกเลย
