มาตรา 1280
- ในการขอจดทะเบียนนั้น ถ้าได้แสดงเอกสารและข้อความดังกล่าวไว้ในมาตรา ๑๒๗๖ และมาตรา ๑๒๗๙ และถ้าปรากฏว่าบุคคลซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายเปนผู้จัดการของสมาคมนั้น เปนคนมีหลักฐานสมควรแก่วัตถุที่ประสงค์ และฐานะของสมาคมนั้นแล้ว ก็ให้อนุญาตจดทะเบียนได้

- The registration shall be granted if the documents and particulars mentioned in Sections 1276 and 1279 are produced and if the persons entrusted with management of the association appear to be responsible persons whose position corresponds to the object and standing of the association.
