  • บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายอันว่าด้วยการชำระบัญชีเลิกห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัทนั้น ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับในการชำระบัญชีสมาคม อนุโลมตามควรแก่บท
