มาตรา 150
- นีติกรรมใดมีเงื่อนไขอันไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายก็ดี ขัดวางต่อความสงบเรียบร้อย หรือศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชนก็ดี นีติกรรมนั้นท่านว่าเป็นโมฆะ
