มาตรา 260
- บุริมสิทธิในมูลเช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้น ใช้สำหรับเอาค่าเช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์และหนี้อย่างอื่นของผู้เช่า อันเกิดจากความเกี่ยวพันในเรื่องเช่า และมีอยู่เหนือสังหาริมทรัพย์ของผู้เช่าซึ่งอยู่ในหรือบนอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้น

- The preferential right on account of the hiring of an immovable is for the hire of the immovable and for other obligations of the hirer arising from the relation of hiring, and is in the movables of the hirer which are in or on the immovable.

The most plausible model for this section would be;
- Japanese Civil Code (1896/98), Art.312;
- The preferential right for hiring or letting of immovables exists in the movables of the hirer with regard to the rent of the immovables and other obligations of the hirer arising from the relation of hiring.
