มาตรา 287
- บุริมสิทธิใดได้ไปจดทะเบียนแล้วตามบทบัญญัติแห่งมาตราทั้งสองข้างบนนี้ บุริมสิทธินั้นท่านว่าอาจจะใช้ได้ก่อนสิทธิจำนอง
