มาตรา 15

สภาพบุคคลย่อมเริ่มแต่เมื่อคลอดแล้วอยู่รอดเป็นทารก และสิ้นสุดลงเมื่อตาย
ทารกในครรภ์มารดาก็สามารถมีสิทธิต่างๆ ได้ หากว่าภายหลังคลอดแล้วอยู่รอดเป็นทารก
