มาตรา 303
  • ถ้าจำนวนเงินอันนะพึงใช้นั้นแสดงไว้เป็นเงินต่างประเทศ ท่านว่าจะใช้กันเป็นเงินสยามได้ ตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงิน ในเวลาและณสถานที่อันพึงชำระหนี้นั้น
