มาตรา 474
- ในข้อรับผิดเพื่อชำรุดบกพร่องนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นเวลาปีหนึ่งนับแต่เวลาที่ได้พบเห็นความชำรุดบกพร่อง

- No action for liability for defect can be entered later than one year after the discovery of the defect.
