• ผู้ซื้อจำต้องรับมอบทรัพย์สินที่ตนได้รับซื้อและใช้ราคาตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ ลักษณชำนะหนี้

• The buyer is bound to take delivery of the property sold and to pay the price in accordance to the provisions of this Code concerning Performance.
