มาตรา 486
- ผู้ซื้อจำต้องรับมอบทรัพย์สินที่ตนได้รับซื้อและใช้ราคาตามข้อสัญญาซื้อขาย
Section 486. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- The buyer is bound to take delivery of the property sold and to pay the price in accordance with the terms of the contract of sale.

The most plausible model for this section would be:
- Sale of Goods Act (1893), Sec.27;
- It is the duty of the seller to deliver the goods, and of the buyer to accept and pay for them, in accordance with the terms of the contract of sale.
The other sources are as follows:

- The principal obligation of the purchaser is to pay the price at the day and in the place appointed by the sale.
- Swiss Federal Code of Obligations (1881), Art.260;
- Der Käufer ist verpflichtet, den Preis nach den Bestimmungen des Vertrages zu bezahlen und die gekaufte Sache, sofern sie ihm von dem Verkäufer vertragsmässig angeboten wird, anzunehmen. Die Empfemgnahme muss sofort geschehen, wenn nicht etwas Anderes vereinbart oder ortsgebräuchlich ist.

- [I] Durch den Kaufvertrag verpflichtet sich der Verkäufer, dem Käufer den Kaufgegenstand zu übergeben und ihm das Eigentum daran zu verschaffen, und der Käufer, dem Verkäufer den Kaufpreis zu bezahlen.
- [II] Sofern nicht Vereinbarung oder Übung entgegenstehen, sind Verkäufer und Käufer verpflichtet, ihre Leistungen gleichzeitig - Zug um Zug - zu erfüllen.
- [III] Der Preis ist genügend bestimmt, wenn er nach den Umständen bestimmbar ist.
