มาตรา 890
- จำนวนเงินอันจะพึงใช้นั้น จะชำระเปนเงินจำนวนเดียว ฤๅเปนเงินรายปีก็ได้ สุดแล้วแต่จะตกลงกันระวางคู่สัญญา
