มาตรา 285

• บุริมสิทธิในมูลรักษาอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้น ถ้าหากว่าเมื่อทำการเพื่อบำรุงรักษานั้นสำเร็จแล้ว ไปบอกลงทะเบียนไว้โดยพลันไซร้ บุริมสิทธิก็คงให้ผลต่อไป
