มาตรา 463
- ถ้าในสัญญากำหนดว่าให้ส่งทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายนั้นจากที่แห่งหนึ่งไปถึงอีกแห่งหนึ่งไซร้ ท่านว่าการส่งมอบย่อมสำเร็จ เมื่อได้ส่งมอบทรัพย์สินนั้นให้แก่ผู้ขนส่ง
Section 463. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- If the contract provides that the property sold shall be sent from one place to another, delivery takes place at the moment when the property is delivered to the carrier.
