มาตรา 495

• ถ้าในสัญญามีกำหนดเวลาไถ่เกินไปกว่านั้น ท่านให้ลดลงมาเป็นสิบปีและสามปีตามประเภททรัพย์

• If a longer period is provided in the contract, it shall be reduced to ten years and three years respectively.
