มาตรา 576
- ถ้าตามพฤติการณ์ไม่อาจจะคาดหมายได้ว่างารนั้นจะพึงทำให้เปล่าไซร้ ท่านย่อมถือเอาโดยปริยายว่าคำมั่นจะให้สินจ้าง

- The promise to pay a remuneration is implied, if, under the circumstances, it cannot be expected that the services are to be rendered gratuitously.
