มาตรา 576
- ถ้าตามพฤติการณ์ไม่อาจจะคาดหมายได้ว่างานนั้นจะพึงทำให้เปล่าไซร้ ท่านย่อมถือเอาโดยปริยายว่าคำมั่นจะให้สินจ้าง
