มาตรา 1076

• ห้างหุ้นส่วนใหม่นี้ย่อมชอบที่จะได้รับสิทธิ และต้องอยู่ในความรับผิดของห้างหุ้นส่วนเดิมที่ได้ควบเข้ากันนั้น
