มาตรา 1141

• สมุดทะเบียนผู้ถือหุ้นนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเปนพยานหลักฐานอันถูกต้องในข้อกระทงความบันดาที่กฎหมายบังคับ ฤๅให้อำนาจให้เอาลงในทะเบียนนั้น
