มาตรา 1279

• ในการจดทะเบียน ท่านบังคับว่าต้องจดระบุข้อความซึ่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
  • (๑) ชื่อสมาคม
  • (๒) วัตถุที่ประสงค์ของสมาคม
  • (๓) ที่ตั้งสำนักงานแห่งใหญ่ของสมาคม
  • (๔) ชื่อ สำนัก และอาชีวะ ของบันดาบุคคลซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายเปนผู้จัดการ

Section 1279. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)

• The entry in the register must specify:
  • (1) The name of the association.
  • (2) Its object.
  • (3) The address of its principal office.
  • (4) The names, addresses and occupations of the persons entrusted with its management.
