มาตรา 144
- ข้อความใดอันบังคับไว้ให้นีติกรรมเป็นผลต่อเมื่อมีเหตุการณ์อันใดอ้นหนึ่งขึ้นในอนาคตและไม่แน่นอน ข้อความเช่นนั้นท่านเรียกว่าเงื่อนไข
