มาตรา 196

• ถ้าหนี้เงินได้แสดงไว้เป็นเงินต่างประเทศ ท่านว่าจะส่งใช้เป็นเงินไทยก็ได้
• การเปลี่ยนเงินนี้ ให้คิดตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงิน ณ สถานที่และในเวลาที่ใช้เงิน
