มาตรา 289

• ว่าถึงผลแห่งบุริมสิทธิ นอกจากที่ได้บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๒๘๑ ถึง ๒๘๘ นี้แล้ว ท่านให้นำบทบัญญัติทั้งหลายแห่งลักษณะจำนองมาใช้บังคับด้วยตามแต่กรณี
