มาตรา 75
  • เมื่อศาลแสดงว่าบุคคลใดสาบสูญแล้ว บุคคลผู้นั้นย่อมชื่อว่าตายแล้วเมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในมาตราก่อนนั้น แต่นั้นไปให้ทรัพย์มฤดกของผู้นั้นตกแก่ทายาทของเขาตามกฎหมายรักษณมฤดก
