มาตรา 235
  • การวางทรัพย์ไว้ชำระหนี้ ฤๅขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้แก่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งนั้น ก็เสมอกับการวางทรัพย์หรือขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้แก่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคน
