มาตรา 237

เมื่อเจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันคนหนึ่งทำให้อายุความสะดุดหยุดลง การที่อายุความสะดุดหยุดนั้นย่อมให้คุณแก่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคน
