มาตรา 619
- ถ้าของเปนสภาพอันจะก่อให้เกิดอันตรายได้ ฤๅเปนสภาพเกลือกจะก่อให้เกิดเสียหายแก่บุคคล ฤๅทรัพย์สินไซร้ ผู้ส่งต้องแสดงสภาพแห่งของนั้นไว้ก่อนทำสัญญา ถ้ามิได้ทำเช่นนั้น ผู้ส่งจะต้องรับผิดในการเสียหายไม่ว่าอย่างใดๆ อันเกิดแต่ของนั้น

- If the goods are of a dangerous nature or are likely to cause injury to persons or property, the sender must declare their nature before making the contract of carriage, failing which he shall be liable for any injury caused by them.
