มาตรา 619
- ถ้าของเป็นสภาพอันจะก่อให้เกิดอันตรายได้ หรือเป็นสภาพเกลือกจะก่อให้เกิดเสียหายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์สินไซร้ ผู้ส่งต้องแสดงสภาพแห่งของนั้นไว้ก่อนทำสัญญา ถ้ามิได้ทำเช่นนั้น ผู้ส่งจะต้องรับผิดในการเสียหายไม่ว่าอย่างใดๆ อันเกิดแต่ของนั้น
Section 619. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- If the goods are of a dangerous nature or are likely to cause injury to persons or property, the sender must declare their nature before making the contract of carriage, failing which he shall be liable for any injury caused by them.
