มาตรา 706
  • บุคคลมีกรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินแต่ภายในบังคับเงื่อนไขเช่นใด จะจำนองทรัพย์สินนั้นได้แต่ภายในบังคับเงื่อนไขเช่นนั้น
