มาตรา 825
- ถ้าตัวแทนเข้าทำสัญญากับบุคคลภายนอกโดยเห็นแก่อามิสสินจ้างเปนทรัพย์สินอย่างใด ๆ ฤๅประโยชน์อย่างอื่นอันบุคคลภายนอกได้ให้แล้วก็ดี ให้คำมั่นว่าจะให้ก็ดี ท่านว่าตัวการหาต้องผูกพันในสัญญาซึ่งตัวแทนของตนได้ทำนั้นไม่

- A principal is not bound by a contract entered into by his agent with a third person, if the contract was entered into by the agent in consideration of any property or other advantage privately given or promised to him by such third person.
