มาตรา 1026

• ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนทุกคนต้องมีสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใดมาลงหุ้นด้วยในห้างหุ้นส่วน
• สิ่งที่นำมาลงหุ้นด้วยนั้น จะเปนเงิน ฤๅทรัพย์สินสิ่งอื่น ฤๅลงแรงงานก็ได้
