มาตรา 307
- ถ้าพิพาทอ้างสิทธิในการโอนต่างราย โอนรายใดได้บอกกล่าวหรือตกลงกันก่อน โอนรายนั้นมีสิทธิดีกว่าโอนรายอื่น ๆ
