มาตรา 478
  • ถ้าผู้ขายเห็นเป็นการสมควร จะสอดเข้าไปในคดีเพื่อปฏิเสธการเรียกร้องของบุคคลภายนอก ก็ชอบที่จะทำได้ด้วย
