มาตรา 478
- ถ้าผู้ขายเห็นเป็นการสมควร จะสอดเข้าไปในคดีเพื่อปฏิเสธการเรียกร้องของบุคคลภายนอก ก็ชอบที่จะทำได้ด้วย
Section 478. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- The seller is also entitled , if he thinks proper, to intervene in the action in order to deny the claim of the third person.
