มาตรา 503
  • ในการขายตามตัวอย่างนั้น ผู้ขายจำต้องส่งมอบทรัพย์สินให้ตรงตามตัวอย่าง
  • ในการขายตามคำพรรณนา ผู้ขายจำต้องส่งมอบทรัพย์สินให้ตรงตามคำพรรณนา
