มาตรา 517
  • ถ้าเงินรายได้ในการทอดตลาดส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดค้างชำระอยู่ เพราะเหตุผู้ทอดตลาดละเลยไม่บังคับตามบทในมาตรา ๕๑๕ หรือมาตรา ๕๑๖ ไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ทอดตลาดจะต้องรับผิด
