มาตรา 573
  • ผู้เช่าจะบอกเลิกสัญญาในเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่งก็ได้ด้วยส่งมอบทรัพย์สินกลับคืนให้แก่เจ้าของโดยเสียค่าใช้จ่ายของตนเอง
