มาตรา 590
  • ถ้าสัมภาระนั้น ผู้ว่าจ้างเป็นผู้จัดหามาส่ง ท่านให้ผู้รับจ้างใช้สัมภาระด้วยความระมัดระวัง และประหยัดอย่าให้เปลืองเสียเปล่า เมื่อทำการงานสำเร็จแล้ว มีสัมภาระเหลืออยู่ก็ให้คืนแก่ผู้ว่าจ้าง
