มาตรา 613

• ถ้าผู้ส่งเรียกเอาใบตราส่ง ผู้ขนส่งก็ต้องทำให้
• ใบตราส่งนั้นต้องแสดงรายการต่อไปนี้ คือ
• (๑) รายการดังกล่าวไว้ในมาตรา ๖๑๒ อนุมาตรา ๑, ๒ และ ๓
• (๒) ชื่อหรือยี่ห้อของผู้ส่ง
• (๓) จำนวนค่าระวางพาหนะ
• (๔) ตำบลและวันที่ออกใบตราส่ง
• อนึ่งใบตราส่งนั้น ต้องลงลายมือชื่อผู้ขนส่งเป็นสำคัญ

Section 613. (Draft in English from Vol.93)

• If required by the sender, the carrier must supply him with a consignment note.
• The consignment note must show the following particulars:
• (1) Those mentioned in Section 612, subsections 1, 2 and 3.
• (2) The name or trade-name of the sender.
• (3) The amount of freight.
• (4) The place where and the time when the consignment note is made out.
• The consignment note must be signed by the carrier.
