มาตรา 625
  • ใบรับ ใบตราส่ง หรือเอกสารอื่นๆ ทำนองนั้นก็ดี ซึ่งผู้ขนส่งออกให้แก่ผู้ส่งนั้น ถ้ามีข้อความยกเว้น หรือจำกัดความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งประการใด ท่านว่าความนั้นเป็นโมฆะ เว้นแต่ผู้ส่งจะได้แสดงความตกลงด้วยชัดแจ้งในการยกเว้น หรือจำกัดความรับผิดเช่นว่านั้น

  • A provision in a receipt, consignment note or other such document delivered by the carrier to the sender excluding or limiting the liability of the carrier is void, unless the sender expressly agreed to such exclusion or limitation of liability.
