มาตรา 627
  • เมื่อของถึงตำบลที่กำหนดให้ส่ง และผู้รับตราส่งได้เรียกให้ส่งมอบแล้ว ท่านว่าแต่นั้นไปสิทธิทั้งหลายของผู้ส่งอันเกิดแต่สัญญารับขนนั้นย่อมตกไปแก่ผู้รับตราส่ง
