มาตรา 715
  • ทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองย่อมเป็นประกันเพื่อการชำระหนี้กับทั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ต่อไปนี้ด้วย คือ
  • (๑) ดอกเบี้ย
  • (๒) ค่าสินไหมทดแทนในการไม่ชำระหนี้
  • (๓) ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการบังคับจำนอง

  • A mortgaged property is security for the performance of the obligation and for the following accessories:
  • (1) Interest.
  • (2) Compensation in case of non-performance of the obligation.
  • (3) Costs of enforcement of the mortgage.
