มาตรา 718
  • จำนองย่อมครอบไปถึงทรัพย์ทั้งปวงอันติดพันอยู่กับทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนอง แต่ต้องอยู่ภายในบังคับซึ่งท่านจำกัดไว้ในสามมาตราต่อไปนี้
