มาตรา 766
  • ถ้าจำนำตั๋วเงิน ท่านให้ผู้รับจำนำเก็บเรียกเงินตามตั๋วเงินนั้นในวันถึงกำหนด ไม่จำเป็นต้องบอกกล่าวก่อน
