มาตรา 14

• ถ้าเอกสารทำขึ้นไว้เป็นสองภาษา เป็นภาษาไทยภาษาหนึ่ง ภาษาอื่นภาษาหนึ่ง แต่ข้อความในสองภาษานั้นแตกต่างกัน และศาลมิอาจหยั่งทราบเจตนาของคู่กรณีได้ว่าจะให้ใช้ภาษาใดบังคับไซร้ ท่านถือเอาภาษาไทยบังคับ

• Whenever a document is executed in two versions, one in the Siamese language, the other in another language, and there are discrepancies between the two versions, and the Court cannot ascertain which version was intended to govern, the document executed in the Siamese language shall govern.
