มาตรา 7
- ถ้าจะต้องเสียดอกเบี้ยแก่กัน และดอกเบี้ยนั้นมิได้กำหนดอัตราไว้ โดยนีติกรรม หรือโดยบทกฎหมายอันใดอันหนึ่งชัดแจ้งไซร้ ท่านให้ใช้อัตราร้อยละเจ็ดครึ่งต่อปี
