Article 84.
  • The directors (managers), inspectors (supervisors) or liquidators of a juridical person are liable to a fine of not less than Yen 5 and not exceeding Yen 200 in any of the following cases:-
  • (1) When they have neglected to make the registration provided in the present Chapter;
  • (2) When the provisions of Art. 51 are violated or false statements are made in the inventory of property or the register of members;
  • (3) When the inspection of the competent authorities or the Court is obstructed in the case of Art. 67 or Art. 82;
  • (4) When false statements are made to the authorities or to general meetings, or the facts are concealed from them;
  • (5) When they neglect to apply for an adjudication of bankruptcy in contravention of the provisions of Art. 70 or Art. 81;
  • (6) When they neglect to give the public notices prescribed in Art. 79 or Art. 81 or give false public notices.
