มาตรา 63

• กฎหมายลักษณะตัวแทนดั่งกล่าวไว้ในลักษณะ ๑๕ แห่งบรรพ ๓ นั้น ท่านให้ใช้บังคับในการจัดการทรัพย์สินของผู้ไม่อยู่เพียงที่ไม่ขัดขวาง หรือไม่แย้งกับความในส่วนนี้
