มาตรา 546
- ผู้ให้เช่าจำต้องส่งมอบทรัพย์สินซึ่งให้เช่านั้นในสภาพอันซ่อมแซมดีแล้ว

The most plausible model for this section would be:
- French Civil Code (1804): Art. 1720;
- [I] The lessor is bound to deliver the thing in a good state of complete repair.
- [II] He must make in it, during the continuance of the lease, all the reparations which may become necessary other than tenant's repairs.
