มาตรา 497
- สิทธิในการไถ่ทรัพย์สินนั้น จะพึงใช้ได้แต่บุคคลเหล่านี้ คือ
- (๑) ผู้ขายเดิม หรือทายาทของผู้ขายเดิม หรือ
- (๒) ผู้รับโอนสิทธินั้น หรือ
- (๓) บุคคลซึ่งในสัญญายอมไว้โดยฉะเพาะว่าให้เป็นผู้ไถ่ได้
